The above rent is for 2 persons in a studio for each day.
Costs for energy, water and final cleaning are included.
Bed clothes and towels will be replaced weekly.
Additionally in the studio:
Child up to age of 12: per day 10.-
Child above 12: per day 1/4 of the adult price
peds: per day 10.-
Stays shorter than one week require an additional charge of 10%.

In july and august it can be checked in an out only on saturdays.
Otherwise as agreed.
Reservation requires a deposit of 50%.
The remaining amount has to be paid when you arrive.
Amounts will not be paid back when the studio has not been used.
